I build beautiful order from inspired chaos.
Hi, I’m Lora I help Founders, creatives, and small teams turn their big, messy visions into real systems, beautiful stories, and sustainable success. I’ve spent thirty years building businesses that range from art studios to gun ranges to tech startups, and every single one taught me the same thing: structure can be soulful, and business can feel like breathing.
I’ve been the person who builds the thing behind the thing. The quiet architect making sure the dream actually stands. I’ve been the one who writes the plan, wrangles the chaos, and somehow turns it all into something that makes sense (and even feels good).
But what I’m really great at is seeing people. Seeing where their ideas are alive, where they’re stuck, and where the magic wants to move next. When I worked as a Family Service Counselor at a cemetery, I learned that the deepest kind of service is presence. I helped families on their hardest day feel held, understood, and safe. That experience grounded everything I do now. It taught me that integrity, empathy, and clarity are the foundation of real leadership.
Advenavis is my playground for structure and soul. I work as a fractional COO, CMO, or Creative Director for purpose-driven businesses that want to grow without losing their humanity. I also take on smaller creative and strategic projects through my Blueprint sessions, Operational Design, and Creative Studio. Everything I offer is about helping people build what they actually want, not what they think they’re supposed to.
Everything I build through Advenavis supports a larger vision called Avis Sanctum. Avis Sanctum is a creative retreat and training center that blends art, rest, and purpose for neurodivergent adults and anyone seeking renewal. It’s the embodiment of what I believe business should be: healing, inventive, and human. Every client I work with becomes part of that ecosystem, a ripple in a much wider story about possibility and care.
My clients come to me when they’re ready to stop performing and start building. They want clarity, direction, and a little humor while they do it.
Here’s what I believe:
Rest is strategy.
Truth is medicine.
Systems are sacred when they protect your energy.
You don’t need fixing. You need a framework that fits who you are.
So if you’re ready to build something that lasts, let’s make it happen.
You bring the dream. I’ll bring the blueprint.
