Every project in my tech lab right now has design ethics that mirror grief spaces more than productivity or joy spaces. Because when you enter a place that accepts grief without trying to transform it, it automatically becomes a trustworthy connection for all other emotions too, because the heaviest feeling has already been welcomed in.

You don’t have to quit your job tomorrow. You don’t have to rebuild your life overnight. But you can start asking: What would it look like if I chose more slow mornings for myself?

Time spent creating things opens space inside of us to see, feel, and focus on ourselves again. I could ask a room full of people to paint a red rose, and every rose would be unique, because we are all unique. There is no one else like you anywhere in the world, and we need you.

Nature is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.

 I no longer give my time, emotional labor, or creative power to people, projects, or obligations that drain me or are out of alignment with my soul's direction — no matter how justified, habitual, or expected. 

Rest is not a reward. It is your return.

I gave myself permission to unravel and dream again, and I want to give that to you.

I will never trade my divinity for servitude.
