Numb + Disassociated Flow

Now I’ve got that feeling once again. I can′t explain, you would not understand
This is not how I am. I have become comfortably numb

Choose Your Grounding Mantra

I don’t need to feel everything. I just need to feel one small thing.

My body knows how to bring me home. I trust its rhythm.

Even stillness is a sign of life. I am not broken, just resting.

I return to myself slowly. I do not rush sacred things.

Reflection 1:

If I scan my body gently, what’s the first small thing I notice — even if it’s just a tingle, tension, or texture?
This prompt doesn’t ask for emotion — just sensation.

Reflection 2:

Can I remember a moment — however small — when I felt fully present? What surrounded me?
This brings back memory as medicine and helps rebuild the bridge.

Creative Ritual – Touch + Texture Reconnection

Gather 3 objects with different textures (soft, rough, warm, cool, smooth, etc.). Sit with them. Touch them slowly. Then:

  • Draw what each texture makes you feel

  • Journal a word or phrase beside each

  • Create a page titled: “Things That Bring Me Back”

This can evolve into your very own Nervous System Rescue Kit.
A visual map for reconnection.
