Anger Flow
“Be angry, it’s okay. To be angry, that is very human. And to learn how to smile at your anger and make peace with your anger is very nice.”
Choose Your Grounding Mantra
My anger is not too much. It is truth with fire on its tongue.
I am allowed to feel this fully. I can move it without hurting
myself or others.
This fire is fuel. I decide how it will be used.
I do not have to be palatable to be powerful.”
Reflection 1:
If my rage could speak freely, what would it scream — and what wound does that scream protect?”
A deep dive to the root. Let it be messy.
Reflection 2:
What boundary does this anger want me to create, enforce, or redefine?
Let’s move you towards personal power and change.
Creative Expression Ritual – Burn + Bloom
Draw or write your rage onto paper. Let it be raw. Then — tear it, crumple it, or burn it (safely). Afterward, create something new in its ashes.
Ideas:
A collage of boundaries
A drawing of your rage as a mythical creature
A mantra page you can keep where the fire once was
Rage becomes a ritual. And ritual becomes renewal.
